We strongly recommend treating your couple code as sensitive — store it safely. If lost, sessions cannot be recovered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, smooshr and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or relationship outcomes.

You use this service at your own discretion and risk. The discovery of shared or non-shared interests is a feature, not a promise, and we accept no responsibility for how that information is used between partners.
